The Flying Dutchman led the attack when the pirates vessels finally came out and after a parley was initiated. The Endeavour was later repaired and with aide from Will Turner, it ventured to Shipwreck Island, with the EITC armada in tow. Jack escaped the ship by launching himself from a rigged cannon, which damaged the Endeavour's mainmast, causing it to topple. Though after they struck a deal, the Endeavour was attacked by the Black Pearl, which was again under Pirate control after having been under Beckett's control. Later on, the infamous pirate Captain Jack Sparrow was brought aboard the Endeavour to negotiate with Beckett himself. When Beckett was given the heart of Davy Jones and assumed control of the sea captain and his ship, the chest containing Jones's heart was brought aboard the Endeavour.įormer Commodore-now-Admiral James Norrington was stationed on the Endeavour, and it was on the ship that Norrington was reunited with his ceremonial sword that was given to him during his Royal Navy days.
It remained anchored at Port Royal as Beckett took command of the port.
He was to arrest James Norrington as well, but he was not present. It convoyed the Lord to Port Royal, where he arrested Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann.
